The service is invitation-only and combines Plaid-powered bank connectivity, Claude AI analysis, and a text-message interface so clients receive timely, actionable financial insight without logging into a dashboard.

RPTrainor is invitation-only. To onboard, send a short request including your name, the name of your single-member LLC, and the phone number where you would like to receive service messages. We review each request individually and, once approved, send a one-time invitation link by SMS so you can confirm consent and verify your phone. RPTrainor never sends marketing SMS, and no SMS is ever sent to anyone who has not first requested access.

How RPTrainor works
Request access
Submit a request below (or by email). Every request is reviewed individually — RPTrainor never sends unsolicited SMS, and no invitation is sent to anyone who has not first requested onboarding. Once approved, you receive a one-time invitation link.
Activate by SMS
Tap your invitation link, confirm SMS consent on the activation page, and verify your phone with a one-time code. This double opt-in step is required before any other messages are sent.
Connect your accounts
Securely link your business and personal bank accounts through Plaid. RPTrainor never sees your banking credentials — Plaid handles authentication and we only retrieve balances and transaction history with your explicit consent.
AI analysis and SMS reports
Anthropic's Claude AI categorizes transactions, separates personal from business spending, tracks budgets, and surfaces tax-saving opportunities. You receive daily balances, transaction alerts, and meeting-prep reports as concise text messages — never used to train AI models.

How we use text messaging
RPTrainor delivers all client-facing reports through SMS via Twilio. Opt-in begins when you submit an access request on this site or by email — RPTrainor never sends SMS to anyone who has not first requested access. Once approved, you receive one invitation SMS with a link to an activation page, where you check an explicit consent box and verify your phone with a one-time code before any further messages are sent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and SMS opt-in data is not shared with any third parties for those purposes.

Frequency
Up to 60 messages per month based on account activity. Frequency is adjustable with your concierge.
Carrier rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges from your mobile provider apply to all SMS.
